QWERTY designs and manufactures bespoke luxury gifts, including heritage models, custom trophies and shields, commemorative coins and medals, leather goods, luxury packaging, personalized gifts, and specialized printing. We do not sell pre-made products through an online store or shopping cart — every piece is quoted, designed and produced specifically for the client who commissions it.

Submitting a quote request (through our website form, phone, or email) is not a binding order. A project is only confirmed once we've sent you written pricing and you've approved it in writing — by email, signed proposal, or other agreed method.

Quoted prices are typically valid for [14] days from the date issued, after which pricing may be revised if materials, quantities or timelines change.

For custom pieces, we'll typically share a design concept, digital proof, or sample for your approval before full production begins. Production only starts once you've approved the design in writing. QWERTY is not responsible for errors (spelling, engraving text, colors, etc.) that were present in a proof you approved.

Minor revisions to an approved design are included up to [2] rounds; further changes after production has started may incur additional cost and affect the delivery timeline.

All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT unless specified. To confirm a bespoke order, we require a non-refundable deposit of [50%] of the total project value, with the remaining balance due [before dispatch / upon delivery]. Work will not proceed until the deposit is received.

For large or recurring corporate orders, alternative payment schedules can be arranged directly with our team.

Because every piece is custom-made, production timelines vary by complexity, materials and quantity. As a general guide, most bespoke orders take approximately [10–15 business days] from design approval to completion; we'll confirm a specific timeline for your project when your quote is approved.

Delivery or collection arrangements (courier, local delivery, or in-person pickup in Abu Dhabi) will be agreed with you as part of your order confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability or circumstances outside our control (see Section 11).

Because each piece is produced specifically for you, cancellations are handled as follows:

• →Cancellations requested before design approval: deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design and planning time already spent.
• →Cancellations requested after production has started: you may be responsible for costs already incurred (materials, labor, third-party work) in addition to the deposit.
• →Quantity or specification changes after approval may affect price and timeline, and will be confirmed with you before we proceed.

Any logos, artwork, or reference files you provide remain your property; you confirm you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of producing your order. Original design concepts, techniques and craftsmanship created by QWERTY remain our intellectual property, though the finished physical piece you commission belongs to you.

We may photograph finished work for our own portfolio, website or social media, unless you request confidentiality in writing at the time of ordering.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we produce. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [7] days of receipt with photos, and we'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or resolution. This does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or changes you requested after approval.

QWERTY's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost business or event delays) arising from delivery timing or product issues, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

QWERTY is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, or government restrictions. We'll communicate with you as soon as possible if such an event affects your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date above; the terms in effect at the time you confirm an order will apply to that order.
